Scholarships and Financial Aid

Funding your education

The political science department provides scholarships to help support your studies at Missouri State University. The department wants to help you receive as much financial support as possible and has created a listing of departmental scholarships that can help you fund your political science education.

You can apply for scholarships offered by the department of political science, by first completing the MSU Annual Scholarship Application, preferably by March 1. Please note that additional materials may be required depending on the scholarship. If a scholarship requires proof of financial need, you need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by Feb.15.

In addition to scholarships offered by the department, you may also be eligible for scholarships through the College of Humanities and Public Affairs and additional scholarships that are offered by the University.
